These hunts are conducted on combination of private and public lands covering most of western Colorado and eastern Utah. These states are home to very large population of lions. This veteran outfitter is dedicated to the breeding and training of the finest lion hounds, making these lion hunts nearly 100% successful in the last seven years with multiple B&C lions harvested every year. With the ability to consistently catch game in snow or on dry ground, his hounds are second to none. If you are looking for an incredible hunt and want to see some of the most scenic back country in the west, this will be the adventure of a lifetime. Hunting is done by whatever means necessary including truck, ATV, snowmobiles, mules and horses. Hunts require a license in both Colorado and Utah to ensure maximum hunting opportunity.


$6,000 (5-day hunt)

$1,500 Trophy fee on bobcat.






Guide, dog handler, lodging and meals.


Fly to Grand Junction, CO where you will be met by the outfitter.

Approximate License Costs

Colorado and Utah licenses are needed as you will be hunting the state line. Purchase online, approximately $300/state.
A hunters safety card is required if born after Jan. 1 1949 in Colorado.
An online mountain lion education and identification course is required to purchase a license in Colorado.

Physical Requirement Level

4 - Includes all sheep hunts, goat, most grizzly and brown bear, some mountain lion and elephant. Either the terrain and/or animals can involve some dangerous situations. These hunts will require extreme physical endurance and some athletic ability.
