Southern Iowa is the mecca for giant midwestern whitetails. The terrain varies from big woodlots to vast crop fields, pasture, and creek bottoms that is home to world class bucks. This outfitter has over 10,000 private acres that is managed for trophy whitetails. The key to harvesting a giant whitetail buck is to keep the hunting pressure to a minimum. We are only taking a few hunters at a time on this hunt and only about twelve hunters total all year. A brand new lodge sleeps four hunters and is close to the hunting grounds eliminating long drives to the stand each day. Non-residents must apply in a lottery to draw an Iowa whitetail tag. it will take you one or two years to draw gun tag and three or more years to draw a bow tag.
