3 KING PER DAY LIMIT FROM AUGUST - NOVEMBER! Fishery managers are forecasting another record run in 2015! Some of the best king salmon fishing in the world just happens to be in the lower 48. A record return of over one million king salmon entered the Columbia River in 2014. Come experience this world class fishery in the scenic Columbia River Gorge in Washington state just 45 minutes from the Portland, Oregon airport. Being in close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, these salmon are fresh and full of drag peeling attitude. You will fish comfortably and safely from a state of the art 24' Alumaweld Formula Vee with all of the latest technology and tackle provided. Your opportunity for success will be maximized with a highly experienced Coast Guard Licensed Captain and Guide. There are three runs of king's that enter the river. A Spring run typically begins in late March through early April followed a summer run in late June. The Fall runs last a bit longer, beginning in late August and running through October. At the end of the day, you can unwind and relax at a 5 star resort overlooking the river. This resort is the jewel of the Pacific Northwest. Nestled just minutes from where you will fish, the resort adds luxury to the rugged beauty of the Columbia River Gorge.
